• Pagerly Get Oncall

  Who is on call right now, per team, with the shift window, whether an override is in effect, and who takes over next. Use this for 'who is on call' questions. For the full upcoming rotation of one team use pagerly_get_schedule; for the directory of everyone who can be paged use pagerly_list_users.

• Pagerly Create Incident

  Declare a new Pagerly incident, provision Slack channel, assign severity (P1-P4) & commander.

• Pagerly Update Incident

  Update status (Open, In Progress, Investigating, Identified, Monitoring, Resolved) or severity of an ongoing incident.

• Pagerly Get Ai Investigation

  Fetch or trigger an SRE AI investigation for an incident, retrieving logs, metrics, GitHub deploys, and root-cause hypotheses.

  Get a team's rotation definition: who is in the roster and in what order, the handover frequency, day, time and timezone. Use this before editing a rotation. For who is on call right now use pagerly_get_schedule.

  Create a new team with a round-robin on-call rotation. The roster rotates in the order given, handing over on the frequency you set. Requires the mcp:admin scope and an organisation admin.

  Move someone to the front of the rotation so they hold the current on-call slot. For temporary cover use pagerly_create_override instead.

  Back a team's on-call with a Slack user group, so the group membership drives who is paged.
