Query Revenue Invoices

Query revenue invoice totals for a given month, with optional grouping, filtering, and month-over-month comparison. Use for "how much was invoiced", "top/bottom N customers/products/subsidiaries/account-owners/countries", Fixed vs T&M split, country totals, and simple month-over-month growth. For YoY/QoQ/FY comparisons or FX-impact analysis, use query_revenue_growth instead. For invoice aging or pending receivables, use query_invoice_aging. List Revenue Invoices

List revenue invoice rows with optional filters. Use this when the user wants to see individual invoices (not aggregates) — e.g. "show this month's invoices", "invoices for customer Acme", "list invoices raised in March 2026". For totals/aggregates/comparisons, use query_revenue_invoices instead. Returns up to limit invoices sorted by invoice_date desc. Honors the caller's data-access scope.

Query Invoice Aging

Aging analysis for unpaid / pending revenue invoices. Use this for: "total pending receivables", "outstanding amount", "aging buckets", "invoices overdue more than N days", "pending breakdown by customer / country / account manager". Returns the standard 5 aging buckets — 0–30, 31–90, 91–270, 271–365, 365+ days — measured from due_date. Only includes invoices with pending_receipt_amount > 0. Honors the caller's data-access scope.

Query Revenue Projection

Project full-FY revenue from a monthly run rate. Use for: "projected revenue for this FY", "FY revenue at current run rate", "forecasted total for FY26", "extrapolate FY revenue", "forecast using last N months", "project FY based on the last N months". FY is Indian (Apr–Mar). Defaults to current month. When basis_months = 1 (default): projection uses FY-to-date actuals plus this-month run rate for the remaining months. Use for: "YoY growth", "QoQ growth", "MoM growth", "compare May vs April", "compare FY26 vs FY25 by customer", "how much of growth came from currency / FX".
