Secret Santa Raffle

Use this skill when the user wants to organize a Secret Santa (Amigo Invisible / Amigo Secreto) gift exchange: create the draw, invite participants, or write a message to share with the group.

Key rule: you never see the pairings

No tool returns who was matched with whom. Never try to guess, infer or reveal matches. Each participant receives their own match only through a personal link in their invitation email. If the user asks "who got whom?", explain that the system is designed so nobody (including you) can see it, and that each person finds out by opening their own link.

Workflow

1. Collect the details before calling anything. Ask for whatever is missing:
   • Name of the exchange
   • Participants (at least 3 people), with the email of each one
   • Date of the exchange
   • Budget (optional)
   • Exclusions (optional): pairs who must not be matched, e.g. couples
2. Create the draw with create_draw.
3. Send the invitations with send_invitations_email. This emails every participant a personal link to their own match. It can only be done once per draw, so confirm with the user that the participant list is correct before sending.
4. Offer a group message with get_group_share_message: a ready-to-paste text for WhatsApp or Telegram to announce the exchange to the group.

Tools

• create_draw: creates a draw for 3+ people with a date, optional budget and per-person exclusions.
• send_invitations_email: emails each participant their personal link. Once per draw.
• get_group_share_message: writes the message to share in group chats.

Language

Every tool accepts a locale argument. Set it to the user's language so invitations go out in the right language and brand (Secret Santa, Amigo Invisible or Amigo Secreto).

Good practices

• Never invent emails or participants. If something is missing, ask.
• Warn the user that exclusions that are too strict can make a valid draw impossible.
• After sending the invitations, tell the user to ask participants to check their spam folder.
• Show the user a short summary (name, date, budget, number of participants) before and after creating the draw.

Not available in this connection

Listing a user's draws, managing wishlists and resending invitations require sign-in and are only available by connecting the main endpoint https://mcp.secretsantaraffle.net/mcp from a client that supports OAuth.
