This API call will return a full list of the cinemas which the user has access to. This information is not changed on a regular basis so it can be safely cached so long as there is a way to invalidate the cache and force a reload if the data. The most important information for the API user will be the cinema id, which is used extensively throughout the API. Maps to GET /getCinemas.
