Get My Leave Balance

Returns the authenticated user's leave/vacation balance for a given year. Output includes: total annual leave days, used days, remaining days, carried-over days, and sick/excuse leave quotas. Use this tool when the user asks: 'How many vacation days do I have left?', 'What is my leave balance?', 'Kaç gün iznim kaldı?', 'Yıllık izin bakiyem nedir?'. Do NOT use this tool to create or cancel leave requests.

Create Leave Request

Creates a new leave/vacation request on behalf of the authenticated user. Returns confirmation with request ID, dates, type, and approval status. Use this tool when the user says: 'I want to take leave next week', 'Create a vacation request', 'Haftaya izin almak istiyorum', 'İzin talebi oluştur', '20-22 Ağustos arası yıllık izin yaz'. Requires start_date and end_date in YYYY-MM-DD format. Do NOT use this tool to check balance or list existing requests.

Get My Leave Requests

Lists the authenticated user's past and pending leave requests with their approval status. Returns: request ID, dates, leave type, status (PENDING/APPROVED/REJECTED/CANCELLED), approver info. Use this tool when the user asks: 'Show my leave requests', 'What is the status of my vacation request?', 'İzin taleplerim ne durumda?', 'Geçmiş izinlerimi göster', 'Onay bekleyen iznim var mı?'. Can be filtered by status. Do NOT use this tool to create or cancel requests.

Cancel Leave Request

Cancels a pending (PENDING status) leave request belonging to the authenticated user. Returns confirmation of cancellation or error if request is already approved/cancelled. Use this tool when the user says: 'Cancel my leave request', 'İzin talebimi iptal et', 'LR-2026-001 numaralı iznimi iptal et'. Only works on PENDING requests. Cannot cancel already approved requests.

Get My Assigned Assets

Lists all company assets currently assigned/checked-out to the authenticated user. Returns: asset name, category, serial number, brand, model, assignment date for each item. Use this tool when the user asks: 'What equipment is assigned to me?', 'List my assets', 'Üzerime zimmetli demirbaşlar neler?', 'Bana ait bilgisayar/telefon var mı?'. Do NOT use this tool to search all company assets — use search_company_assets instead.

Search Company Assets

Searches all company assets/inventory by keyword, category, or operational status. Returns: list of matching assets with name, category, status, assigned user (if any). Use this tool when the user asks: 'Find available laptops', 'Search for printers', 'Boşta olan bilgisayarları ara', 'Şirketteki araçları listele', 'DELL marka demirbaşlar'. Categories: COMPUTER, PRINTER, PHONE, FURNITURE, VEHICLE. Statuses: IN_USE, BROKEN, UNDER_MAINTENANCE, INACTIVE. Do NOT use this tool for the user's own asset

Get Asset Details

Returns detailed information about a specific company asset/equipment. Output includes: serial number, brand, model, warranty info, purchase date, maintenance history, current assignee. Use this tool when the user asks: 'Show details of asset X', 'What are the specs of my laptop?', 'SN-12345 demirbaşın detaylarını getir', 'Bilgisayarımın garanti durumu nedir?'. Requires an asset identifier (ID, serial number, or product name).

Return My Assigned Asset

Returns a company asset/equipment currently assigned to the authenticated user. Supports attaching a photo/image of the asset's physical condition upon return. Use this tool when the user says: 'I want to return my laptop', 'Zimmetimdeki bilgisayarı iade etmek istiyorum', 'Zimmet iadesi yap', 'Cihazımı teslim ettim', 'Demirbaş iade et'. Accepts asset_identifier (required), image_url_or_base64 (photo of returned asset), and notes.
