Find Hydraulic Model For Layer

find_hydraulic_model_for_layer
Resolve a layer id to its HydraulicModel id.
Polls Console after upload_hydraulic_model until the
lambda-importer finishes. Returns one of four states:
- importing — lambda still working; keep polling.
- done — model created; ``model_id`` populated.
- failed — lambda errored; ``error`` carries the message.
- not_a_model — layer wasn't .inp-derived; stop polling.

Patch Data Json — Apply a batch of edits to a model's data.json overlay.
Each op is ``{op: 'set'|'unset' (default 'set'), path, value?}``
where ``path`` is slash-delimited into the overlay (numeric
segments index arrays; string segments index objects).

List Hydraulic Models — List HydraulicModels in a project.
Resolves the "user said the model name, MCP client has no
model_id" gap. Most chat references look like ``the wds-290
model`` or ``my Raytown network`` — names, not ids. Use this
to map a name to its model_id before calling
``read_model_snapshot`` / ``patch_data_json`` /
``run_model_simulation``.
Run Model Simulation — Run a simulation against an existing HydraulicModel.
Console re-renders the .inp from canonical state (features +
data.json) before forwarding to the WRM API, so edits made via
``patch_data_json`` / ``update_features`` are picked up
automatically — no need to re-upload the .inp.
Returns immediately with a ``simulation_id``; poll the
simulation row (or watch the project's Simulations panel) to
see it transition to ``done``.
