For vague dates like 'around December', use mid-month (15th) with PLUS_MINUS_7DAY flexibility. Common airport IDs: Tokyo=9, Haneda=4, Narita=1, Kansai=5, New Chitose=6, Chubu=7, Fukuoka=8, Naha=51.
