List Jobs

Lists jobs for the caller's company. Supports free-text search, pagination, and filtering by active/inactive status.

Get Job Details

Fetches full details for a single job by ID, including its work blocks, assigned users, and notification history.

Search Job Customers

Searches the customer directory used by the Jobs customer picker (QuickBooks-synced or Nix client customers, depending on company setup).

Get Job Settings

Returns the caller's company-level Jobs settings, such as the configured job-numbering mode.

List Forms

Lists the caller's company-assigned forms (id, display name, standard name, category). Use this when the user has not named a form, or when several names could match. Always refreshes the form catalog cache.

List Form Submissions

Counts and lists submissions for one form. Resolve everyday names (e.g. "field tickets", "near miss incident") via formName, or pass formId if already known. For "the one from Tuesday" (or any day/date), convert that to YYYY-MM-DD and pass the same date as both submissionStartDate and submissionEndDate — never call get_submission until you have a submission id. If several rows match, return them and ask which id; do not pick latest/first. Date ranges require both start and end and cannot exceed

Get Submission

Fetches one submission by numeric id. Use only after list_submissions (or the user) has given a specific id — never invent an id from a day or "the one from Tuesday". Defaults to a readable summary; set includeFullData for the full field payload.

List Vehicles

Lists the caller's company vehicles (vehicle number, VIN, type, engine, description, active). Use search for a unit number or VIN. Defaults to active vehicles, matching the web Vehicles table. If several rows match, return them and ask which id; do not pick one. Use get_vehicle only after you have a numeric id.

Get Vehicle

Fetches one vehicle by numeric id. Use only after list_vehicles (or the user) has given a specific id — never invent an id from a unit number or VIN. Defaults to listing fields plus cooked attribute labels; set includeFullData for the full nix-api details payload.
