Start free flight monitoring (Norda Watch) for one flight. Give a flight number, a departure date and the traveler's email. A confirmation email is sent first - monitoring only begins after the email owner clicks the confirm link (double opt-in), so always tell the user to check their inbox. Free Watch monitors the inbound aircraft, both airports, weather and airport roads from 12 hours before departure until wheels-down, and emails only when something needs attention.

Start flight monitoring with NO email involved - built for AI agents. Returns a status_token immediately (the watch is active right away, no confirmation step). You are then responsible for delivery: either poll get_watch_status with the token at a sensible interval (at least once a day, or the watch expires), or pass a webhook_url to receive alerts pushed as JSON. Get Watch Status

Check the live status of an agent watch by its status_token. Returns flight, monitoring status, current risk tier (0 normal / 1 elevated / 2 high), staleness, and scheduled departure. Polling also keeps the watch alive (unpolled poll-mode watches expire after 24h).
