List the residential addresses on record for a UK postcode in England or Wales. Each one comes back with an addressKey, its property type, and its floor area where known. A null floorAreaSqm means there is no floor area on record for that home, which matters: get_valuation is more accurate with one. Value a property
Estimate what a specific home in England or Wales is worth today. Returns a price range with a confidence level, from a model trained on around 16 million recorded sales since 1995, with every past sale uprated into present-day money first. Requires an addressKey from find_addresses. Optionally takes a floor area in square metres, a bedroom count, or a corrected property type, any of which sharpens the estimate for homes with no floor area on record. Check flood risk
Check a UK postcode's risk of flooding from rivers and the sea, using the Environment Agency's current published risk map. Returns the risk band at the postcode itself and the worst band within about 150 metres, with what each band means as an annual chance of flooding. Takes a postcode directly, so it does not need find_addresses first. Two limits you must pass on rather than paper over. It covers England only: for a Welsh or Scottish postcode, say there is no result rather than implying there
