Omnisend Delete Campaign

Permanently delete an Omnisend campaign by campaignID. Only sent and draft campaigns can be deleted — in-progress sends may reject removal.

Omnisend Delete Cart

Permanently delete an Omnisend cart by cartID. Destructive and idempotent — deleting an already removed cart succeeds.

Omnisend Delete Order

Permanently delete an API-created Omnisend order by orderID. Store-synced orders cannot be removed through this endpoint.

Omnisend Delete Product

Permanently delete an Omnisend product by productID.

Omnisend Get Campaigns

List or fetch Omnisend email campaigns. Omit id to list campaigns with optional limit (default 25, max 250); pass id for one campaign including status, sent date, and metrics. Campaign reads are rate-limited to about one request per second.

Omnisend Get Carts

List or fetch abandoned shopping carts synced to Omnisend. Omit id to list with optional email, phone, contactID, segmentID, dateFrom, dateTo, updatedFrom, updatedTo, sort, offset, and limit; pass id for one cart with line items and recovery URL.

Omnisend Get Contacts

List or fetch Omnisend audience contacts. Omit id to list with optional email, phone, status (subscribed, unsubscribed, nonSubscribed), segmentID, tag, after cursor, and limit; pass id for one contact including identifiers, tags, and custom properties.

Omnisend Get Orders

List or fetch orders created via the Omnisend API. Omit id to list with optional filters and pagination; pass id for one order. Store-synced orders from Shopify or other platforms are not returned here — only API-created orders appear.

Omnisend Get Products

List or fetch eCommerce products synced to Omnisend. Omit id to list with optional sort (createdAt, updatedAt), offset, and limit; pass id for one product including variants, images, and category ids.

Omnisend Upsert Cart

Create or update an Omnisend shopping cart. Omit id to POST a new cart — body must include email and/or contactID plus currency, cartSum, and products. Pass id to PATCH cart fields or line items without replacing the entire cart.

Omnisend Upsert Contact

Create or update an Omnisend contact. Omit id to POST a new contact — body must include identifiers (email or phone with channel status); add a source tag such as source: api on create. Pass id to PATCH partial fields on an existing contactID.

Omnisend Upsert Order

Create or update an Omnisend order created through the API. Omit id to POST — body must include orderID, currency, orderSum, createdAt, and email, phone, or contactID. Pass id to PATCH fulfillment or payment status fields on an existing order.

Omnisend Upsert Product

Create or replace an Omnisend product catalog row. Omit id to POST a new product — body must include productID, title, currency, and at least one variant. Pass id to PUT a full replacement; omitted fields are removed upstream.
