Show real appointment times for an inspection or panel cleaning at an address, straight from the dispatch planner — these are times a crew can actually drive to, not a generic calendar. Call this before request_inspection_booking and let the customer choose. Note that this also creates the customer record, because the planner routes to a real street address: treat it as the start of a booking, not a browse. Book an inspection

Book the inspection or panel cleaning at the time the customer chose. Pass the same contact and address you used for the preview, plus one selected_slot copied exactly from the preview response. Get booking options

Given the booking code from an Otovo link the customer received (the last part of an otovo.com/book/... URL), return what they can do and when. With service_type, returns times for a new visit of that kind. Without it, returns times to move the visit they already have. Move an appointment

Move the customer's next visit to a slot copied verbatim from get_booking_options (called without service_type). The visit is identified by the booking code alone — you never name it — so this always moves the next one they have. A slot taken since you fetched it answers with a conflict rather than double-booking anyone; fetch options again and offer the new times. Cancel an appointment

Call off the customer's next visit, identified by their booking code alone. Confirm with the customer before calling this — it is not reversible from here, and rebooking means picking a new time from whatever is then available. A visit already under way cannot be cancelled here and needs a phone call. Check booking status

Given a booking code, return where the customer stands: their address, what services are available there, any visit already scheduled and whether it can still be moved or cancelled, which site access questions are unanswered, and the support phone number for their area. Call this first when a customer gives you a code, so you know what to offer before you offer it.
