Calendar List Calendars

List all calendars the user has access to. Use this when the user asks what calendars they have, or when you need to find a specific calendar's ID before querying events. Returns calendar name, ID, and whether it's the primary calendar.

Calendar Create Event

Create a new event on Google Calendar. Use this when the user asks to create, schedule, add, or book a meeting, event, appointment, or reminder on their calendar. Supports all event features including attendees, Google Meet, recurrence, reminders, colors, and more.

Calendar Delete Event

Delete an event from Google Calendar. This is destructive — it cannot be undone. Use this when the user explicitly confirms they want to delete/remove/cancel a calendar event. Use calendar_list_events first to find the event_id of the event to delete.

Calendar Update Event

Update an existing event on Google Calendar using PATCH semantics. Only the fields you specify will be changed — everything else stays untouched. Use calendar_list_events first to find the event_id of the event to update. IMPORTANT: Array fields (attendees, reminders, attachments) REPLACE the entire array. To add one attendee, you must include all existing attendees plus the new one.

Tasks List Tasklists

List all Google Tasks lists the user has. Use this when the user asks about their task lists, or when you need to find a specific task list's ID before querying tasks. Every Google account has at least one list called 'My Tasks' (ID: @default).

Tasks List Tasks

List tasks from a Google Tasks list. Use this when the user asks about their tasks, to-do items, or things they need to do. By default shows tasks from 'My Tasks' (@default). Use tasks_list_tasklists first to find other task list IDs if needed. Note: Google Tasks due dates are DATE-ONLY (no time). Status is either 'needsAction' or 'completed'.

Tasks Create Task

Create a new task in Google Tasks. Use this when the user asks to add a task, to-do item, or reminder to their task list. Note: Due dates are DATE-ONLY (no time support). Status is automatically set to 'needsAction'.

Tasks Update Task

Update an existing task in Google Tasks. Use this to change a task's title, notes, due date, or to mark it as complete/incomplete. To mark a task as done, set status to 'completed'. To mark it as not done again, set status to 'needsAction'. Use tasks_list_tasks first to find the task_id.

Tasks Delete Task

Delete a task from Google Tasks. This is destructive — it cannot be undone. Use this when the user explicitly confirms they want to delete/remove a task. Use tasks_list_tasks first to find the task_id. IMPORTANT: Always show the user which task will be deleted and ask for confirmation first.

Gmail List Messages

List messages from Gmail with sender, subject, date, and preview snippet. Use this when the user asks about their email, inbox, messages, or wants to check for specific emails. Supports Gmail search operators for filtering. Returns message metadata (not full body) — use gmail_get_message for full content.

Gmail Get Message

Read the full content of a Gmail message including the body text. Use this when the user wants to read an email, see the full content of a message, or needs details beyond the snippet shown by gmail_list_messages. Use gmail_list_messages first to find the message_id.

Gmail Create Draft

Create a draft email in Gmail. The draft is saved but NOT sent. Use this when the user asks to write, compose, or draft an email. Always create a draft first so the user can review before sending. Returns the draft ID and full content for the user to review.

Gmail Update Draft

Update an existing Gmail draft. Only the fields you provide will change. Use this when the user wants to change something in a draft they've already created — fix a typo, change the subject, add CC, rewrite the body, etc.

Gmail Send Draft

Send an existing Gmail draft. This actually sends the email — it cannot be undone. Use this ONLY when the user explicitly asks to send a draft. The draft must already exist (created by gmail_create_draft).
