List workspaces

Lists the oxom workspaces this connection can act on, and marks which one tools use when the 'workspace' argument is omitted. Call this first when a request might concern a different workspace than the current one.

List links

Lists short links in the connected oxom workspace.

Create link

Creates a new short link on an existing short-link domain of the connected workspace. The domain must already be configured as a short-link domain (list_links shows which domains are in use).

Search docs

Searches oxom Docs by title in the connected workspace. Only title/metadata is searchable — the document body lives in a live collaborative editor, not in this index, so this cannot search inside doc content.

Create doc

Creates a new, empty oxom Doc with a title in the connected workspace. The doc body is edited live in the browser afterwards — this tool cannot write content into it.

Search Drive files

Searches/lists files in the connected workspace's Drive.

Create upload link

Creates a signed, time-limited public upload link (like WeTransfer) that lets anyone drop a file into this workspace's Drive without an oxom account.

Get Team Time

Returns the calling user's own availability (free time ranges within the 08:00-22:00 quiet hours) for a given date in the connected workspace — day-job availability, overrides and absences, not a shared team calendar.

Set Stream Plan

Attaches a public .ics calendar URL as the calling user's personal Stream Plan in the connected workspace, then immediately fetches and parses it. Overwrites any Stream Plan the user already has.

List StreamElements commands

Lists the StreamElements chat-bot commands configured for the connected workspace's StreamElements account.
