Returns the user's current OyeFilmy credit balance and subscription plan tier.

Cost Estimate

Prices a generation WITHOUT running it. Call this before any generate tool when the user should approve the spend, or when you are choosing between models or resolutions on cost. Returns the exact credit figure the generation would be billed, and — when called with an API key that has a spend cap — whether that cap still covers it.

Images Generate

Generates photorealistic or stylized images from a text prompt, with optional aspect ratio, style reference, character reference and Brand DNA. Asynchronous: returns a predictionId to poll with creation_status, or to block on with creations_wait.

Video Generate

Generates a video clip from a text prompt, a start frame, or reference keyframes. Asynchronous and slow: 30-120s is typical, so poll with creation_status rather than blocking. Billed per rendered second, so duration drives the price.

Audio Generate

Generates music, speech (text-to-speech) or lyrics. Music runs on MiniMax Music and ByteDance Seed-Audio; speech on ElevenLabs and the xAI/Gemini TTS models.

Models3d Generate

Generates a textured 3D mesh in GLB format from a text prompt or a photo. Runs on Hunyuan3D (text-to-3D and image-to-3D) and ByteDance Seed3D (image-to-3D only).

Images Upscale

Upscales image resolution using AI detail synthesis (2x, 3x or 4x). Returns a PNG.

Video Upscale

Upscales video resolution to 1080p or 2K using AI super-resolution.

Images Remove Background

Extracts the main subject from an image and outputs a transparent PNG alpha cutout.

Creations Search

Searches the user's own creation library by prompt keyword, media type and count.

Creations Get

Retrieves metadata, prompt, model settings and download URL for one asset by ID.

Creation Status

Polls the status of an in-flight generation. Reports processing until the output URL actually exists, so a completed result always carries a url. Cheap — prefer this over creations_wait when you have something else to do between polls.

Creations Wait

Blocks until a generation finishes and returns the output URL. Good for images, which are quick. For video prefer creation_status: a render can outlast the timeout, and this holds a connection open the whole time.

Lists the OyeFilmy model catalogue: counts per modality and the model keys worth reaching for first. Call this before guessing a modelKey.

Brand Dna List

Lists the user's Brand DNA profiles, for brand-consistent generation via brandId.

Film Vocabulary

Lists the moods, ad formats, narrative structures and shot archetypes available to film_plan and style_bible_compile. Call this first — the other film tools take ids from here, and a director’s name is not one of them.

Style Bible Compile

Compiles a mood into the craft grammar header every shot of a project must carry: concrete lens, lighting, palette, movement and sound language, compressed to fit the target model’s header budget. Deterministic and byte-identical for the same inputs, which is what makes separately-rendered shots cut together. Also resolves Brand DNA against the mood’s negatives — the brand wins, and any override is reported rather than applied silently. Costs no credits.

Film Plan

Turns a brief — prose or a screenplay — into an ordered shot plan whose durations sum to exactly the requested total, so the sequence cuts to time. Detects screenplay format and keeps the scenes the author wrote rather than re-deriving them; lifts author instructions ("make it independence day") out of the narrative so they apply across every shot instead of becoming the finale. Pass an adFormat for a commercial and the beat skeleton replaces free planning. Costs no credits.

Validate Prompt

Checks a finished shot prompt against the two invariants that are cheap to check and expensive to discover after paying for a render: it must fit the model’s character ceiling, and it must contain no director or cinematographer proper noun. The craft is translated into concrete language by style_bible_compile — naming the person instead is both a copyright risk and a worse prompt. Call this before video_generate. Costs no credits.
