Data Model

• Products — list, upsert, activate, inactivate.
• Tags — list, upsert, add/remove product tag.
• Fields — product fields, customer fields.

Gotchas

• Upsert: Creates or updates by ID/SKU; use for both new and edit.
• Activate/inactivate: Inactivate hides from active catalog; activate restores.
• Product vs customer fields: Different schemas.
