Upload an image for Picverce AI

Stage a picture on Picverce AI and get back a public https URL. No credits are charged. Use this when the user attached a photo in chat, or when you have base64 bytes but no URL yet. Then pass the returned URL to edit_image as image_url, or to generate_image as reference_image_url. Send either data (base64 bytes) or data_url (a full data:image/...;base64,... string). mime_type is optional when the bytes already identify the format. Maximum size is 5 MB decoded.

Read the current state of a job. Use this when generate_image or edit_image came back still processing and handed you a job id, or when the user asks about an earlier job. Polling a generation is also what moves it forward, so a job left unchecked stalls and is eventually cancelled with the credits refunded.
