Search PrivateAuto vehicle listings. For natural-language vehicle queries — e.g. 'black Ford F-150 Raptor', 'red convertible under $20,000', 'Tesla near 46201' — use the `search` field: it supports free-text matching and handles make, model, trim, color, and body style in a single query without requiring exact field values. Get Listing Details

Get full details of a single PrivateAuto listing by its URL slug. Returns all photos, specs, features, seller info, and condition. Use after search_listings when the user wants to see more detail on a specific result.

Find Similar Listings

Find comparable vehicles to a given listing, matched by make, model, year, and price. Pass the human-facing listing slug when the user identifies a listing by URL or slug. The MongoDB listing _id returned by search_listings or get_listing_by_slug is also supported. Provide either the slug (preferred) or the _id.

Get Market Insights

Get market statistics for a specific vehicle (price range, average price and mileage, listing count). Returns a compact summary the model can reason about; the full per-listing dataset is attached to the widget response only.
