Search Property
Resolve a free-text Australian street address + postcode to PropRadar property_id(s). Returns matches with on_market/sold flags and geo (Pro+).
Get Property
Full record for a property_id: address, attributes, current listing (if on-market), valuation + confidence, rental estimate + yield, last sale, and geo coordinates (geo is a Pro+ field, null below Pro).
Suburb Stats
Suburb-level statistics: medians, yields, capital growth, market heat, demographics, and (Pro+) supply/demand, rent trends, auction premium.
Suburb Listings
Current on-market listings in a suburb (card-level). geo per listing is Pro+.
Suburb Sold
Recently sold properties in a suburb with sale prices. geo per record is Pro+.
Sold Comparables
Recent sold comparables within a radius of a reference point (Hobby+ tier). geo is Pro+. Give EITHER property_id (a property already in the dataset) OR lat+lng (your own point, Pro+), never both. Use lat+lng when the subject property is not in the dataset: a long-held, never-listed home has neither a live listing nor a sold record, so property_id returns 404 for it on every plan.
Search Listings
Criteria-based search of current on-market listings across a whole state, optionally narrowed to one or more suburbs or postcodes - no address needed. Pro+ tier. geo per listing is always included (this tool is already Pro+-gated).
Bulk Property Lookup
Resolve many address+postcode pairs to properties in one call (Starter+ tier; per-request cap scales by plan). geo is Pro+.
Market Regions
Macro market metrics by region (capital cities, states, national). Growth plan and above; lower tiers receive a plan_upgrade_required error, the same tier gate the REST API enforces.
