Domain knowledge for using ReferralHero referral marketing tools effectively

ReferralHero

ReferralHero organizes referral programs as Lists. Each list has Subscribers, Bonuses (rewards), and a Leaderboard.

Data Model

  • Lists — referral programs; identified by uuid; contain subscribers and bonuses.
  • Subscribers — participants in a referral program.
  • Bonuses — rewards earned or pending for referrals.
  • Leaderboard — ranked list of top referrers per program.

Gotchas

  • List uuid required: Bonuses, leaderboard, and subscribers are scoped to a list. Obtain list uuid first.
