Get Merchant Info
Returns the authenticated merchant and store information: store name, store ID, merchant name, connector type (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce), and currency. Use this first to confirm who you are acting as. The token is tied to a single store. If the merchant has multiple stores, use list_returns with scope='merchant' to see returns across all stores.
List Returns
Search and list returns for the merchant. Returns a paginated list with return ID, status, type (refund/exchange), order number, customer email, amounts, and key dates. Filter by status (comma-separated): IN_PROGRESS, SHIPPED, RECEIVED, FOR_REVIEW, ACCEPTED, REJECTED, EXPIRED, CANCELLED, ON_HOLD, PENDING, COMPLETED. Filter by transaction_type: REFUND or EXCHANGE. Date filters use YYYY-MM-DD format. Search does full-text across order name, email, tracking number
Get Return
Get full details of a single return: status, all items with products and variants, customer info, order, delivery option with labels and tracking, refunds, exchange details, and financial summary. Set include_summary=true for financial breakdown (fees, bonuses, exchange rates). Set include_product_images=true for product/variant image URLs.

Update Return Tracking
Update the tracking/shipping status of a return. Mark it as shipped (with optional tracking number), received, or flagged for review. status must be one of: SHIPPED, RECEIVED, FOR_REVIEW.
