• Reconcile Statement — Reconcile a single vendor-statement PDF → a trust-first SIGNED / ZERO_BALANCE / ABSTAIN / FAIL result with the proven closing balance. PASSING THE PDF — pick the FIRST that applies, don't trial-and-error: - The user ATTACHED the file (the normal case for a hosted assistant): read its bytes and pass `pdf_base64`. Do this straight away. - You have a genuine public https link: pass `pdf_url` (we fetch it server-side). - `pdf_path` is ONLY a path on StatementZen's
• Reconcile — Reconcile a vendor statement PDF against your ERP open-AP export. Map your export to canonical LedgerRow dicts (`schema://canonical`, `recipes://report-types`) and pass them as `ledger_rows`. Provide the PDF by REFERENCE (preferred): `pdf_url` (an https link we fetch server-side) or `pdf_path` (a local file). Use `pdf_base64` for SMALL files only (≤5MB); for bigger files pass `pdf_url` or call `create_upload_url` first. Returns matched / unmatched / discrepancy + a bala
• Create Upload Url — Request an upload URL for a LARGE statement PDF (the by-reference big-file flow). Returns `{upload_url, pdf_url, expires_in, method}`: PUT your file to `upload_url`, then call `reconcile` / `reconcile_statement` with the returned `pdf_url`. Use this instead of `pdf_base64` whenever the file is bigger than ~5MB — a hosted model can't pass megabytes of base64 as a tool argument. NOTE: currently a STUB that returns the response shape (the URLs are placeholders); real S3/R2
