For AI agents — MCPBundles Directory API
Recommended: Directory API v1 over HTTP for detail and anonymous invoke when eligible (not MCP JSON-RPC on the publisher URL; no user MCPBundles credentials on v1).
GET https://www.mcpbundles.com/api/directory/v1/servers/stocklify-mcp-e2fb4a425b
GET https://www.mcpbundles.com/api/directory/v1/servers/stocklify-mcp-e2fb4a425b?live=1 (optional live refresh)
GET https://www.mcpbundles.com/api/directory/v1/servers/stocklify-mcp-e2fb4a425b/tools/<tool> (one tool: schema + invoke.url)
POST https://www.mcpbundles.com/api/directory/v1/servers/stocklify-mcp-e2fb4a425b/tools/{tool}
POST body: flat JSON of tool argument names and values; not an arguments wrapper. Replace {tool} with a tool name from GET detail.
Restricted agent shell (ChatGPT Codex desktop, some IDE sandboxes):
Default command sandboxes often block outbound network. curl exit 6 or "Could not resolve host" for www.mcpbundles.com is usually sandbox DNS — not evidence this site is down.
Retry the same Directory API GET with sandbox_permissions "require_escalated" and a one-sentence justification on the shell tool (Codex on-request approval). Do not tell the user the site is unreachable from sandbox curl alone.
Example justification: Run the public MCPBundles Directory API search outside the command sandbox to complete the user's MCP server lookup.
If the agent has browser access (e.g. Codex @Browser): open https://www.mcpbundles.com/?q=<query> or stay on this page — no shell network needed. Use WebMCP search_mcp_servers then get_mcp_server (document.modelContext / page tools; refresh with fetchTools or getTools if a tool id is missing from the snapshot). Read-only directory search; same index as Directory API v1 GETs. Neither WebMCP nor Directory API v1 uses user MCPBundles credentials.
Without a browser: after escalated curl fails, use GET https://www.mcpbundles.com/?q=<query> with Accept: text/markdown for ranked results.
Hub MCP (connected session): discover_mcp_servers — same filter semantics as search_mcp_servers.

What is missing for one company, and why — Every decision-relevant figure this company does NOT have, each with the reason it is absent. A gap is never just a blank here: it is either 'undefiniert' (the denominator is not positive — a company at a loss has no P/E, one with negative tangible book has no P/TBV), 'ohne_us' (only published under a US filing obligation — for shortFloat that is the vendor's ratio to float, NOT a silent market: 13 national supervisors publish net short POSITIONS and get_short_interest reads them, but a position
Screen the universe — Filter the 8,741 companies measured 2026-09-01. Conditions look like 'roic:ge:12,peRatio:le:22'. The operators pge and ple compare against the company's OWN SECTOR percentile instead of a fixed number — 'revenueGrowth5Y:pge:70' means 'at or above the 70th percentile of its sector'. Sector rules are enforced: a metric a sector switches off is not applied to it. Sort and paginate to see past the largest companies: the default order is market cap, which is not the same as the best candidates. Compa
What the data actually covers — How much of the universe carries each field, and the as-of date — for a single field as well as for the thinnest ones. Ask this before treating a thin field as evidence: under 80 % coverage a pillar component is not load-bearing (CLAUDE.md 7).
Statement history — Revenue, the three margins, operating cash flow, free cash flow, capital expenditure, debt, cash, share count, dividends paid, buybacks and the return ratios — as time series, annual (five fiscal years plus TTM) or quarterly (up to FIFTEEN quarters plus a TTM row — measured 2026-09-02, 2,531 of the 2,719 companies with quarterly data carry more than twelve). Amounts are in the company's REPORTING currency and are not converted; the currency travels with every series. Margins are delivered as per
Revenue by segment, product and region — Revenue broken down by business segment, by product or service, and by geography, read off the XBRL axes inside the company's own filing — the dimensions the companyfacts endpoint cannot return. Each figure carries its period, the concept it was filed under and the accession it came from. Members are XBRL identifiers exactly as filed, not labels. An empty answer always says which kind of empty it is: not_collected, not_parsed, no_breakdown_axis or no_revenue_on_axis. Organic growth is not return

MCPBundles publishes this directory for MCP discovery. Except where we host or operate an offering, third-party services run under their own terms. Product and company names on this page are used in a descriptive, identifying way (including under nominative fair use where applicable); they remain the property of their owners. Nothing here grants you rights in those marks, and nothing here is an offer to sell a third party's services. Terms · Request removal

Statutory-to-effective tax rate bridge — The effective income tax rate reconciliation from the company's own tagged filing: statutory rate, every bridging item — foreign rate differential, state taxes, credits, share-based compensation, valuation allowance — and the effective rate, per period. Each item carries both the value as filed and the value as presented, because filers tag benefits positive and present them negated, and the difference is nine percentage points on a real example. Every period says whether the bridge closes and b
A primary statement as the filer laid it out — The income statement, comprehensive income, balance sheet, cash flow statement or statement of equity movements — every line the company tagged, in its own presentation order, with the sign it presents. Built from the XBRL instance document and its presentation linkbase, so it is the filed statement rather than a selection of metrics. Says which of the five a filing actually lays out, and an empty answer says whether nothing was collected, no linkbase is held, or that statement is not in the fil
Notes to the accounts, bounded by the filer — The notes a company tags in its own filing — tax, leases, pensions, contingencies, goodwill, deferred revenue, provisions, minority interests, discontinued operations, segments, debt and the rest. Called without a topic it returns the index of every note the filing tags, with sizes; called with one it returns that note's text, paged. Each boundary is the filer's own tagging rather than a heading search, so a note that cross-references another is still the whole note. A topic with nothing under i
Multiples, own history and sector — The current multiples, the company's OWN historical range for each, the sector median, and the peer group. NO single fair value and no discounted cash flow: this database holds no intrinsic-value model, and one invented here would be an opinion wearing a number's clothes. The scenarios are the company's own five-year range — nothing more is claimed for them. Multiples a sector switches off are marked, not silently omitted. Scoped earnings produce separately labelled continuing-operations and rep
Filings for one company — Every filing for ONE company, newest first, with form, date, what the form means, a direct EDGAR link, and whether it postdates the metrics snapshot — the one case where a document provably supersedes the figures on file. Paginated. Coverage depends on the identified issuer and stored filings; missing home-regulator evidence remains explicit. Retrieval time for returned records is unknown unless separately established; source-wide dates cannot supply it.
Earnings calls — The earnings calls on file: quarter, date, summary and source link. Each call states whether the FULL TEXT is present, was never fetched, or does not exist at the source — three different things that must not be read as one. A summary is not the call, and this tool never implies otherwise.
One earnings call, in full — The text of ONE earnings call: speaker turns with names, roles and timestamps. Ask `get_transcripts` first for the call ids. `section` selects 'prepared', 'qa' or 'all' — prepared remarks are approved in advance and the Q&A is not, so quoting one as the other misrepresents it. `speaker` narrows to one person. The response is capped; a long call is returned in pages.
Search what was said on the calls — Search the earnings calls for a phrase and get ranked excerpts back, each with the call, the speaker, the timestamp and whether it was said in the prepared remarks or under questioning. `symbol` narrows to one company, omitted it searches every company. Supports quoted phrases and -exclusions. An excerpt is evidence of what was SAID, not of what is true.
One section of a filing — The text of a named section of a 10-K or 10-Q: legalProceedings, riskFactors, mdna, controls or properties. Returns the section with its accession number and a character offset you can cite. Ask get_filings first for the accession, or omit it for the most recent periodic report. A section that merely cross-references the notes is reported as such — a short Legal Proceedings item is usually a pointer, not a position.
Dividend record — Ex-date, payment date and amount per share for each recorded payment, plus the TTM dividend, yield, payout ratio, growth rates and the number of consecutive growth years. Amounts arrive from the source as strings with a currency symbol and are parsed, not assumed to be dollars. Each payment carries one of three statuses, because the source lists declared future payments beside settled ones: announced (the ex-date has not arrived), ex_dividend (it has, but the payment date has not, or no payment
The last price observed — The most recent stored quote: price, change, change percent, previous close, the day's high and low, volume, the 52-week high and low, and the drawdown from that high. The currency, the venue and the market state come from the row rather than from an assumption. This is the LAST observation, not a live stream — `fetchedAt` and `ageMinutes` are part of the answer, and a quote older than half an hour says so in a warning rather than being served as if it were current.
The daily series — Daily open, high, low, close and volume over a range, adjusted for splits and dividends where the source supplied an adjusted close. Only DAILY data is stored: `weekly` and `monthly` are the last trading day of each period, not re-aggregated candles, and the envelope says so — a weekly high that is really one day's high would otherwise be read as the week's.
The outside view — Analyst count, the distribution of ratings, the price-target range and the growth estimates. This is OTHER PEOPLE'S OPINION and is labelled as such in every answer — it is never company-reported data. A missing low target stays missing; the corridor is not completed. No record of past forecast accuracy exists here, so these cannot be weighted by track record.
What the company is — Identity and description: name, sector, industry, country, exchange, ISIN, reporting currency, its SEC filing standing, the business description, employees, year founded and named leadership. The filing standing is two facts, not one: whether the company owes US filings, and whether EDGAR carries an identity for it here. 369 companies have one without the other, and the difference decides whether an empty filing list is a fact about the company or a gap in this archive. Form 25 and Form 15 notic
Extracted material events — Material events extracted for one company, newest first — the compact view: id, type, date, title, summary, materiality and its rule, source, and the evidence that binds a news-built event to this company (subjectEvidence). Critical and high events resting only on name-matched news are withheld by default and counted in withheldUnverified, the same rule as get_events. get_events answers the same log with filters (since, until, event_type, materiality) and 23 fields per row including the evidence
Insider dealings, with their limits — SUPERSEDED BY get_insider, which answers the same question over the same rows and carries more of them: the decoded transaction code, the 10b5-1 flag AND the holding after the transaction. This tool stays because callers key on it; prefer get_insider for new work. Form 3/4/5 transactions for one company, in snake_case. READ THE WARNING: it states, measured at the time of the call, how many rows this table holds and how many companies they cover. A company outside that covered set has no rows her
What happened at one company — Consolidated events for one company, newest first. One event, not one headline: the same announcement carried by six outlets is a single row with sourceCount 6. Every classified row names the rule that assigned its materiality, so the judgement can be checked. Use get_event_sources for the underlying reports — they are deliberately not included here. Each event carries subjectEvidence: what tied it to this company. An empty one means the company's name stood in the text and nothing else did — no
One event in full — A single consolidated event with its classification rule, external identifiers (SEC accession number where there is one) and any duplicate marks. Duplicate marks are recorded and never applied — nothing was merged on them.
The reports behind one event — The individual reports backing one event: source, canonical URL, publication time and how that time was obtained. Call this only when a classification needs checking — it is the expensive half on purpose.
