Core Capabilities

Campaign Management: Create and manage email campaigns with sophisticated sequence builders. Build multi-step workflows with conditional logic, timing controls, and automated follow-ups. Campaigns can be organized into categories and targeted based on contact health scores.

Contact & Team Operations: Manage contacts across teams with profile labeling, bulk import capabilities, and contact health tracking. Handle team-level settings, billing usage, and capacity planning.

Deliverability Intelligence: Monitor sender health, domain DNS configurations (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and campaign performance metrics. Get deliverability diagnoses and recommendations for improving reply rates and reducing bounces.

Inbox & Conversations: Handle inbound replies across email and LinkedIn channels. Track conversation threads and manage responses within the platform.

Domain Model

Teams contain campaigns, contacts, senders, and domains. Campaigns have sequences (nodes/edges) that define the outreach flow. Contacts have profiles with labels and health scores. Events track all messaging activity across channels.

Key Resources

The server exposes prompt templates for common workflows: deliverability diagnosis, capacity planning, inbox monitoring, team overviews, and health checks for senders and domains.

Usage Notes

Always start with team listing to get TeamId for other operations. Campaign sequences use a node/edge structure for complex workflow logic. Contact operations require at least email, LinkedIn URL, or phone number for identification.
