Survicate List Respondent Responses

Retrieves a list of survey responses provided by a specific respondent across all surveys. Returns an array with survey details (id, type, name) and response details (uuid, respondent_uuid, collected_at, URL, device_type, operating_system, language, questions with answers, attributes). Ideal for tracking individual feedback patterns, preferences over time, or understanding a specific user's journey.

Fetch the list of questions for a specific survey using its survey_id.
