Syncing

Report Work

Create work-report blocks (or any items) in the user's Syncing calendar/todo. Single object or array (batch needs idempotency_key per item). Times must carry a timezone offset.

List Items

Read items (requires read scope + Pro). from/to filter by start time; q keyword search (Pro+ or higher, matches title/description); include_body for markdown bodies. Paged: limit defaults to 50, max 200 — the response carries limit and has_more, so check has_more before concluding a list is complete.

Update Item

Update an item by id — normally one you created (you got its id in the create response); touch other items only when the user asks. Free plan: category move only. edit scope + Pro: title/body/start_at/end_at/all_day/status.

Delete Item

Move an item to trash (soft delete — user can restore). Normally only items you created; delete others only on the user's explicit request. Requires delete scope + Pro.

List Categories

List the user's categories — check names before assigning one to an item.

Create Category

Create a category (all plans; same name reuses existing; max 5/day).
