List available document formats (quills).
Get published template
Fetches a published template by its short code (e.g., `HeLiBeKrXeFeCoNiZnAr`). Call ONLY when the user explicitly supplies one. Returns the template markdown plus the quill format it targets (`quill_ref`).
Get format spec and blueprint
Returns the format spec and a ready-to-edit blueprint for a quill. Required before every `create_document` and `update_document`.
Create draft document
Create a draft document. Returns a claim link to show the user — opening it and signing in saves the draft to their account — and a `claim_token` you keep for later `update_document` edits. Requires `get_specs` first; build `content` by editing the blueprint it returned. Drafts expire if the link is not opened promptly.
Update claimed document
Revise a draft the user has claimed by opening its link, using the `claim_token` from `create_document` — the edit applies in place, with no new link. Requires `get_specs` first. Start from the document's current content, not the blank blueprint.
