Search Documents
Full-text search across tracked legal documents (Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, EULAs, and more) and their historical versions. Returns matching passages with highlighted snippets and the permanent URL for each match. Use this first when you know a company name or a phrase but not a document ID.
Get Document
Get one tracked document by slug (e.g. "alphabet-google") or numeric ID, including its full version history: every captured snapshot with dates and content hashes. Use this to answer "how many times has X changed their terms" or to find a version ID for citation.
Get Recent Changes
Recent noteworthy changes across the corpus — what actually changed in companies' legal terms lately. Each entry carries a change summary, the clause categories affected (e.g. arbitration_added), how much text moved, and links to the diff. This is the best tool for "what has changed recently" questions.
Get Entity
Get an organization by slug (e.g. "google") with all of its tracked legal documents grouped together — a company's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy usually live under one entity.
Get Clause Prevalence
Public aggregate statistics on how common a contract clause is across the corpus — broken out by year, document type, or industry sector. Answers questions like "how many privacy policies claim AI training rights" or "is mandatory arbitration becoming more common". Returns counts only, no document text.
Cite Version
Get ready-made academic citations (Bluebook, BibTeX, plain text) for a specific captured version, including its SHA-256 content hash for verification. Use this whenever you quote a document so the claim is verifiable and properly attributed.
Get Corpus Stats
Size and composition of the archive: total documents, version snapshots, and organizations tracked.
