List Clients Contacts

Retrieve all contacts associated with your client accounts. Returns an array of contact objects (wrapped in a contacts property) with their details including name, email, job title, avatar, account information, endorsement data, invitations, owner user, and subscription preferences.

List Leads Accounts

Retrieve all lead accounts (i.e. companies) in your Trustfolio system. Lead accounts represent prospects that have not yet become clients. Returns an array of account objects with company details including name, logo, domains, tags, and about information.

List Leads Contacts

Retrieve all contacts associated with lead accounts. These are contacts from potential clients who have not yet become full clients. Get Status Of Contact By Email

This endpoint allows you to check if a contact or its account exists in your Trustfolio data, and if he/she published an endorsement already. This is useful to evaluate if you can update the contact or invite them to endorse your services.

Get Contact By Id

Retrieve detailed information about a specific contact using their unique identifier. Returns an array of contact objects (wrapped in a contacts property) with personal information, account association, endorsement data, invitations, and subscription preferences.

Create Contact

Create a new contact in your Trustfolio system. Provide contact information including name, email, company details, and any additional metadata. Returns the newly created contact object with its assigned ID.

Update Contact

⚠️ If the contact has already published an endorsement, this endpoint will automatically send an email to the contact to ask them to confirm the changes. Use the `/contacts/status/:email` endpoint to evaluate the status beforehand.

Invite To Review

An email will be sent to the contact so they can review your services.

Import Review

This endpoint is used to import an endorsement that was posted outside of Trustfolio. The author will receive an email to confirm the endorsement and accept its publication.

List Review Invitations

Retrieve all review invitations that have been sent to contacts. Returns an array of message objects (wrapped in a messages property) representing invitations for contacts to review your services. Each message includes channel, subject, body, sender information, contact details, endorsement data, state, and sent timestamp.

List Declined Reviews

Retrieve all endorsements (reviews) that have been declined by contacts. Returns an array of endorsement objects (wrapped in an endorsements property) that were rejected or declined, including refusal information (code and comment), state, testimonies, and other endorsement details.

List Published Reviews

Retrieve all published endorsements (reviews) from your clients. These are reviews that have been approved and are publicly visible. Returns an array of endorsement objects with full review content including testimonies, ratings (NPS and published rating), collections, qualities, pictures, timeline, summary, and case study information.

Search for a user (membership) in your Trustfolio system by email address. Returns a membership object with user details including id, email, first name, last name, job title, and avatar. Useful for checking if a user exists before creating a new membership.
