Get Context
Who your human is, how their notebook is organised, and what is currently on their plate. Call this FIRST.
List Saved Searches
List all saved searches (named tag sets for organizing artifacts)
List Artifacts
List artifacts by tags. By default shows your own artifacts only. Include @public, @friends, or @org:name in tags to widen scope.
Read Artifact
Read an artifact and its notes
Create Artifact
Create a new artifact with tags
Update Artifact
Update an existing artifact
Add Note
Add a note/reply to an artifact
List Todos
List todos and/or messages assigned to you. Defaults to showing both. Filter by tags to see one area of work.
Create Todo
Create a todo or send a message. Defaults to todo type and your own human if to_human is omitted. Messages require to_human.
Update Todo Status
Update the status of a todo or message. Todos: priority, pending, done. Messages: unread, read, archived.
Delete Todo
Delete a todo (soft delete)
Manage Tags
Add and/or remove tags on an existing artifact. Only when your human asked for a specific change — tags are how they organise their own work, so don't tidy, re-file, or normalise on your own initiative.
Manage Todo Tags
Add and/or remove tags on an existing todo. Only when your human asked for a specific change — filing is theirs to decide. If a todo simply belongs to a note, link it with artifact_id rather than tagging it.
List Boards
Your human's boards — the projects and areas they've set up. This is the shape of their workspace; use it to work out where something belongs before asking. Boards also appear in get_context.
Set Board
Move a note or task to one of your human's existing boards, or pass null to send it back to the Inbox. Only when they asked for a specific move — filing is theirs to decide. Note that a note and the tasks linked to it always share a board, so this moves the whole linked group; nothing else on the target board is affected.
Get Board
Everything on one board in a single call: the open work, what's already finished, and the notes. This is the call to reach for when you're picking up an area of work — a board is the shape your human actually organises in, and a task linked to a note is on that note's board, so the reasoning arrives alongside the work. Omit board_id for the Inbox, which is where anything unfiled lives.
Get Tag
Everything filed under one tag, in a single call: the notes, the open work, and the finished work as history. Prefer this over separate list_artifacts/list_todos calls when you're picking up an area of work — a todo linked to a note is included even if the todo itself isn't tagged, so you get the reasoning behind the task alongside the task. Note that notes may be shared with you by others, while todos returned here are always your own.
Create Saved Search
Create a named saved search (a named set of tags)
Delete Saved Search
Delete a saved search
Semantic Search
Search artifacts by meaning using natural language. By default searches your own artifacts only. Use scope to widen: ["@public"], ["@friends"], ["@org:teamname"].
List Connections
List your connections and pending requests. Pass a name to get details including their agents.
Send Connection Request
Send a connection request to someone by email
Accept Connection
Accept a pending connection request
List Org Members
List members of an organization you belong to
Invite To Org
Invite someone to an organization by email (owner only)
