• Get Current Organization

  Return the organization currently in use for this MCP session. Every other tool operates on this org. Call this first if you need to confirm which tenant the user is working with.

• List Organizations

  List all organizations the authenticated user is a member of. Use this to discover what other organizations are available to switch to. If the API key is legacy (no user linkage), only the current organization is returned.

• Switch Organization

  Switch the active organization for this MCP session. The target organization must be one the authenticated user is a member of (see list_organizations). The switch persists for 24 hours across MCP calls made with the same API key.

• Get Organization Timezone

  Return the active organization timezone metadata. Use this when presenting dates, analytics buckets, or scheduled work in the organization local time.

• Set Organization Timezone

  Set the active organization IANA timezone. Requires acknowledged=true because the change affects date display, analytics local-day grouping, and future timezone-aware scheduling.

• List Contacts

  Query contacts in the active organization with filters, sort, and free-text search. Fields are allowlisted: fixed columns (email, firstName, lastName, company, title, phone, status, createdAt, updatedAt) plus any user-defined field as "custom.<key>" (see list_contact_fields). Filter operators: eq, ne, gt, gte, lt, lte, contains, not_contains, starts_with, ends_with, in, is_null, is_not_null. Combine leaves with {"and":[...]} / {"or":[...]}.

• List Contact Fields

  List the user-editable contact fields registered for the active organization. Each row describes a key that can be used as "custom.<key>" in list_contacts filters/sort.

• Create Contact Field

  Register a new user-editable contact field in the active organization. Keys must be snake_case.

• Update Contact Field

  Update a contact field in the active organization. Use newKey to rename (migrates existing JSON values).

• Delete Contact Field

  Delete a contact field in the active organization. Strips the key from existing contacts' customFields JSON.

• List Duplicate Contacts

  List duplicate-email groups in the active organization. Each group carries the full contact rows so the caller can pick a keeper before calling resolve_duplicate_contacts.

  Bulk-apply a dedup strategy across every duplicate group in the active organization. action=merge keeps one row and marks the others SUPPRESSED (losers get mergedIntoId); action=delete hard-deletes the losers. strategy picks which row to keep.

• Resolve Duplicate Contacts

  Apply a user-chosen decision for a single duplicate group. Keep keepId, merge-or-delete removeIds.

  Get a single contact by ID in the active organization.

  Create a new contact in the active organization.

  Get delivery + engagement stats for a campaign in the active organization.
