List booked appointments. `appointments` are this office's; `atOtherLocations` are the same patient's bookings at the practice's OTHER offices — mention those as being at that office (each carries its own location), never as if they were here.

Create Task

Raise a task about a patient — something the office has to DO, such as calling them back or answering a question — optionally assigned to a provider to act on. Recorded against the patient and the office it was raised at. For a standing detail about the patient rather than work to be done, update the patient note instead.
