Render a vendor quotation's details as an interactive card — vendor, totals, delivery vs need-by, on-time reliability, savings, RAI qualifiers, and the line-item breakdown. Give the quotation id (the numeric quotation number); the server fetches it from the procurement backend. Read-only display.

Ingest Quotation
Record a vendor quote that arrived by email into an RFQ's comparison. First parse the quote (vendor, currency, and per-line part id, quantity, unit price, delivery days) from the email/PDF yourself, then call this with the RFQ's runId. It returns a confirmation card; nothing is saved until the buyer confirms. Disabled if the server has no configured buyer identity.
Confirm Ingest
