Deploy app

Deploy a vibe-coded web app to VibeDeploy (EU/GDPR hosting). Returns the live URL, a claim link and the build status. On build failure it returns the error AND a concrete fix hint so you can patch the code and call deploy again (Self-Heal-Loop). Provide either a local 'path' to the project folder or an inline 'files' map (binary files via 'files_b64' as base64). To UPDATE an existing app of yours in place (same URL) instead of creating a new one, pass 'app' (its name or id) — this needs your API

App status

Get an app's status, live URL, TTL/expiry, traffic and health.

App logs

Fetch build and runtime logs for an app. Use these to diagnose a crash or failed build and propose a fix (self-heal).

Rollback deploy

Roll an app back to a previous deployment. Omit 'version' to roll back to the one before the current deploy. Call 'versions' first to get the exact version id.

Set environment variables

Set or remove environment variables for an app (they apply on the app's next deploy). Pass a single 'key' plus 'value', a 'vars' map to set several at once, and/or 'deletes' with the names to remove. Warns if a secret-looking value is given a frontend-exposed key name (e.g. VITE_/NEXT_PUBLIC_/REACT_APP_), because those are shipped to the browser (the API rejects obvious secrets under such names).

List environment variables

List the NAMES of the environment variables currently set for an app. Values are never returned, they stay server-side. If you no longer know a value, overwrite it with 'set_env'.

Set custom domain

Attach a custom domain to an app (gated to Starter and above). Returns DNS instructions and verification status.

Get claim link

Get the one-time claim link for an unclaimed app so you can present it in chat. The builder opens it to secure the app to their account via magic-link (extends TTL from 24h).

Claim abschliessen

Finish the claim of a keyless deploy: exchange the one-time handoff code for this user's API key, so you can KEEP EDITING the site from here. Call this after the user opened the claim link and confirmed the magic-link mail. If the claim is not done yet you get a friendly 'pending' answer, then simply try again later — it is not an error. With a local install the code is read from ~/.vibedeploy/handoffs.json automatically; on the hosted connector pass the 'code' from the deploy response.

Returns the live file map of a deployed app so you can edit exactly that state instead of rebuilding it from memory (which silently throws away every change made since). Use it at the start of any new chat about an existing site, then call 'deploy' with app=<slug> and the edited files. Text files come back in full; binary files are listed by path only (their content would flood the context). Needs your API key, so the app must be claime

Security scan

Show the latest security scan of an app: score (0..100), findings (exposed keys, client-side secrets, open databases, …) and whether a deploy was blocked. The scan runs automatically on every deploy. Call 'security_autofix' to have the findings fixed and the app redeployed.

Security auto-fix

Fix the findings of the latest security scan automatically: the flagged files are patched, re-scanned and the app is redeployed. Returns which files changed plus the score before and after. Run 'scan' first to see what is at stake.

List apps

List the apps of the account behind your API key: name (slug), id, live URL, status and plan. Use it to find the exact value to pass as 'app' to the other tools.

Deploy history

List an app's deployments, newest first: version id, commit, status and date. Pass such a version id to 'rollback' to restore exactly that deployment.

App analytics

Cookieless traffic statistics for an app: views, unique visitors, top pages and referrers. Available from the Pro plan, a lower plan returns a plain upgrade note instead of numbers.
