Dw List Tables

List or search data warehouse tables by database, layer, or keyword. This is read-only and combines live Doris information_schema.TABLES metadata with local static schema docs. Rows with has_doc=true include doc_topic, doc_summary, and doc_source_path for table selection. For deeper schema meaning and field definitions, call dw_search_schema_docs or dw_get_table_doc.

Dw Describe Table

Describe a Doris table, including columns, stats, distribution, partition metadata, and optional DDL. This is read-only. Prefer dw_get_table_doc first when static schema documentation is enough; use this for live Doris metadata.

Dw Query Doris

Execute one read-only Doris SQL statement. Allowed statements: SELECT, WITH, SHOW, DESCRIBE/DESC, EXPLAIN. Write, DDL, session, load, and file export/import statements are rejected. For table and field discovery, call dw_search_schema_docs before writing live SQL.

Dw Search Context

Unified data-warehouse context entry point. Maps a natural-language question to candidate tables, columns, curated SQL fragments and evidence, using OpenMetadata (semantic + keyword + entity details) as an enrichment source on top of local schema-doc retrieval. OpenMetadata failures degrade gracefully into warnings.
