Get destination and activity suggestions based on partial input. Useful for helping users refine their search.

Load more experiences beyond the initial search results. Pass the IDs of experiences already seen to get new ones.
Plan Trip
Show an interactive trip planner. Use at the start of a conversation or when the user wants to explore experiences. IMPORTANT: Extract ALL known preferences from the user message and pass them as parameters. For example, if the user says "walking tours for families in London", set knownDestination="London", knownWhat="Walking Tours", knownWho="Family with Kids". Always pre-fill any information the user has already provided.
Check Availability
Check which dates an experience is available within a date range. Use this when the user has already selected an experience and wants to book it — do NOT search again. Ask the user for their preferred dates first, then call this tool. Returns date slots with guide prices. After picking a slot, use `get_slot_options` to configure it before booking.
Slot Options
Get the configuration options for an availability slot (time slots, variants, language, etc.). Shows what needs answering before the slot can be added to a booking. If options are already complete, proceed to `get_slot_pricing`.
Answer Slot Options
Answer configuration options for an availability slot (e.g., select time, variant, language). Call iteratively until "Options complete: YES". IMPORTANT: After options are complete you MUST call `get_slot_pricing` and then `set_slot_pricing` before the slot can be added to a booking.
Slot Pricing
Get pricing categories for a fully configured availability slot (options must be complete first). Shows participant types (Adult, Child, etc.) with prices and min/max units. Use `set_slot_pricing` to set units.
Set Pricing
Set the number of participants for each pricing category (e.g., 2 Adults, 1 Child). This is REQUIRED before adding to a booking. After setting units, check isValid — only when isValid=true can you call `create_booking` then `add_to_booking`.
Configure & Quote
Composite tool: configure slot options AND set pricing in one call. Completes any remaining option selections, then sets participant counts. Use this instead of calling answer_slot_options → get_slot_pricing → set_slot_pricing separately.

Create a new booking basket. This is the first step in the booking process after checking availability.
Add to Booking
Add a fully configured availability slot to a booking. PREREQUISITE: The slot MUST have isValid=true (from `set_slot_pricing`) before calling this. The required flow is: check_availability → get_slot_options → answer_slot_options → get_slot_pricing → set_slot_pricing (isValid=true) → create_booking → add_to_booking.

Get all questions that need to be answered for a booking (guest details, contact info, etc.).
Answer Questions
Answer booking questions (guest name, email, phone, etc.). IMPORTANT: You MUST provide leadPassengerName AND answer ALL required questions from get_booking_questions (including NAME_GIVEN, EMAIL, PHONE_NUMBER). After calling this, check canCommit — only call commit_booking when canCommit is true.
Payment Info
Get payment information for a booking. Returns Stripe payment details if consumer payment is required, or indicates if the booking is on-account (no payment needed).
Commit Booking
Finalize and commit a booking. PREREQUISITES: 1) All required questions must be answered (canCommit=true from answer_booking_questions). 2) If payment is required, payment must be completed first. Returns the booking confirmation with voucher URL.
Booking Status
Check the current status of a booking. Use this to check if a pending booking has been confirmed.
