Use this when you need to resolve a user-provided project name to canonical project IDs (dotcom project ID, beats project ID) before calling detail or transaction tools. Returns resolver metadata plus identifiers. Do not use for searching listings, fetching details, or any rental/resale queries.

Get New Project Details By Projectid

Use this tool to get full details about a specific new-construction project in India by project ID. Returns one project with all available fields including amenities, units, and pricing. Use the 'projectid' field from search_new_projects results. Do NOT use for rental or resale listings, properties outside India, EMI/loan calculations, or listing/selling properties.

Get Resale Details By Propertyid

Use this tool to get full details of a specific resale/second-hand property in India by propertyid. Use the 'propertyid' field returned by search_resale_listings for exact listing follow-up. Do NOT use for browsing multiple listings, rentals, new projects, properties outside India, EMI/loan calculations, or listing/selling properties.

Search New Projects

Use this tool to SEARCH and BROWSE existing new-construction residential projects in Indian cities only. This is a read-only search tool — it CANNOT list, post, advertise, or sell the user's own property. If the user wants to list/sell/post their property, do NOT call this tool — it does not support that. Do NOT use for properties outside India, rental listings, resale/second-hand properties, or EMI/loan calculations.

Search Google Fallback

Search the web for real-estate or SquareYards information as a fallback only. Use this after `search_new_projects`, `search_rent_listings`, or `search_resale_listings` return a clean zero-result payload. Successful responses include grounded web sources.

Get Project Transactions

Use this when the user asks about recent transactions, price history, or pricing trends for a specific project. Requires dotcom_project_id (from resolve_project_identity or listing data). Do not use for searching listings or fetching project details.

Get Similar Projects

Use this when the user wants to see projects similar to a known project. Requires beats_project_id from listing data or resolve_project_identity. Do not use for general project discovery; use search_new_projects instead.

Get Similar Projects By Project Id

Use this when you have a project_id and want similar project recommendations. Uses project_id directly as the beats lookup key. Do not use for general project search; use search_new_projects instead.

Get Project Rera Details

Use this when the user asks about RERA registration, compliance, or regulatory details for a project. Requires project_id (preferred) or beats_project_id; project_name is optional context. Do not use for pricing, listings, or general project information.

Get Project Rent Price

Use this when the user asks about rental pricing for a specific project. Requires dotcom_project_id from listing data or resolve_project_identity. Do not use for browsing rental listings; use search_rent_listings instead.
