• Get Create Form Status

  Reconcile a formasty_create_form call when the client lost, interrupted, or failed to parse its result. Pass the exact same idempotencyKey and workspaceId used for creation. A succeeded status returns the created form and draft revision; not_found means no form was committed for that key in that workspace. This is a read-only recovery check and a tool-level error still means the MCP server is reachable.

Destructive simplification is blocked unless allowDestructiveRebuild is explicitly true.
